>Up to quad core ARM Cortex-A53 and Cortex-M4F MCU Co-CPU. The ARM Cortex-A53 runs with 1.4 GHz and provides powerful computing elements for Linux applications. Functional safety features can be enabled through the integrated Cortex-M4F along with its dedicated peripherals which can all be isolated from the rest of the SoC. The additional PRU module enables real-time I/O capability.

>Flexible connectivity with extensive peripheral and networking options. Two USB 2.0 interfaces, two SDIO interfaces, MIPI-CSI camera interface, dual Gigabit Ethernet MAC, serial interface.

Customers select the best CPU for their application: up to quad core ARM Cortex A-53 and one Cortex-M4F core. Depending on the customers requirements 512 MB up to 2 GB LPDDR4 RAM can be selected.
